Directions

This dish is one of the easiest to make at home and requires only that you do not leave anything alone at any time while it is cooking.

First you want to prepare the sauce as the fish cooks in no time. Melt 1/2 a stick of butter in a saucepan. Once butter is melted you now will add in the garlic. (Minced or chopped is fine).
