Thank you to Edward for picking another winning fish for the week.

This is the first time I have prepared it for grilling over natural charcoal. The flavor is incredible and for added dinner flavors I purchased some purple potatoes to go with the salmon.

This dish also incorporated zucchini imported from my uncles mini farm located in Indiana to go with the purple potatoes.

This is one of the fish recipes that I have designed to be easy to do at home with the family so that it can be together and unplugged time.
