 3 tbsp Butter
 6 Cloves Garlic
 ½ cup Honey
 3 tbsp Soy Sauce
 1 tbsp Sriracha Sauce
 2 tbsp Juice from lemon
 ½ tbsp lemon zest
 1 lb Salmon
 1 tsp Olive Oil

Mix all ingredients except butter and salmon in a mixing bowl with a wire whisk until well blended.

Put some olive oil in a pan and heat on medium. Once heated add salmon in pan flesh side down and cook for about 6 minutes.

Turn salmon over so skin side is down against bottom of pan and cook for 6 minutes and then remove from pan. Scrape the skin off the bottom of the pan. Cut salmon into the serving sizes you want.

Add butter to pan and once melted put the wet mixture from step one in with butter and whisk together.

Turn heat down to medium low and add all the salmon servings back into the pan and coat with the mixture in the pan. Keep coating the salmon with the mixture for about 3 minutes and it should begin to thicken.

Once it starts to thicken remove salmon and put on plates and spoon the mixture onto each piece of salmon on the plates. Serve immediately.
